XYZware doesnt work?

Hey! I've got the Da Vinci 2.0 duo, just info, it's not the one I'm having problems with

It's XYZware that I'm having problems with! I have installed it on 4 computers (the newest version), and on all 4 computers, when I open the program, the xyz icon shows up, and then an error that says "XYZprinting XYZware has shut down........." anyone know why this is happening?
