Slicer crashes , won't start.

I have installed multiple versions to check. None will launch.

I have been using the software on this PC for a couple years. Same thing happening on other PCs , or they simply won't slice anything.

What happened?

Do you mean xyzware or slic3r? If it stopped working on all your computers, it may point to a recent os update. You may be able to uninstall the updates to get the software running again. Uninstall them one at a time till you find the right one...

My windows XP will slice, but takes about 30mins

Windows 7 PCs crash on start up. Windows is Up to Date.

What I am saying is, a Windows update may be causing the problem... I'll try on my win 7 computer tomorrow after work. I think I have not updated in awhile. Then I will update and see if it crashes it. From there you uninstall an update at a time, untill it works again. Take note of which update was causing the issue and reinstall the rest.
