On my Windows 10 system my Norton anti-virus won't let me download the latest update for XYZPrint at all, because it flags several high threat viruses in it. It may be right, or it may be wrong - but given how the XYZPrinting software support is so bad, I'm not really willing to take the chance that someone hasn't hacked their web site and loaded some nice malware there.
Given that the previous version of XYZPrint (2.02 I think) has a bug in it that will no longer let me print anything that requires supports (you can specify them in the options, but it won't do it when it slices the model), I'd be out of the water except for a nice workaround I found. I reinstalled a really old version of their XYZWare program, from 2016 - back when it still supported my Da Vinci Mini/w printer - and it can generate the requested supports that XYZPrint now cannot.
XYZPrinting needs to clean up their act and fix all the buggy software that is preventing us from using their products properly.
