Web Support Site Broken?

Web Support Site Broken?

I just purchased a new Da Vinci Jr. 1.0 Pro and am trying to register it but I never get to the page. No matter what button I click on the Support page it only takes me to my personal Profile. Once in my profile it's a dead end. No navigation ways out other than the back browser button.

Downloads -> My Profile
Contact Customer Service -> My Profile
Register Product -> My Profile

Web site says support phones open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. EST. Call phone @ 8:30 EST and recording says "Operating hours 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Any way out of this loop?

Try using a different browser. I don't remember what I ended up using, but it was probably a flavor of IE.
My experience is all DaVinci Jr. Pro. 1.0

I wish to know about your topics. I have gone through it and did not get any content about it. You codul have added something about the topic Troubleshoot HP ePrint Job Fails to Print Error. Add some links and content about it.
