Thoughts about XYZ printing

The only thoughts that I have about XYZ printing is that they will not support their customers with satisfactory customer service or products that work properly. Once the sale is made, they expect you to pay to ship your printer to have it repaired WHEN (not if) it breaks, even if it is still under warranty. And with ours, it broke again within one month of it's return from repair and they expect us to pay to ship it to them again instead of replacing it or refunding our money. I would like for them to just give me a refund and be done with this pitiful company for good. Buyer Beware!!!!!

XYZ Printing's lack of customer service and unreliable products are unacceptable. buy homes Jacksonville Not only was our printer faulty, but it broke within the month of it being repaired under warranty. Rather than replacing our product or refunding our money, XYZ Printing expects us to pay for the shipping costs to send it to them for repair yet again. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and suggest that buyers should be wary of their practices.
