I've recently started experiencing an issue with the filament feed on my Da Vinci 1.0 which I purchased less than a month ago.

I've already had my 3D printer replaced once due to a damaged lid upon delivery so this time I have gone directly to XYZPrinting to discuss the issue.

However, after getting the typical 'didn't actually read what you wrote and have replied with generic customer support' response, and then getting asked to send pictures of the problem, and then video, I have heard nothing back for nearly a week.

Is this typical of XYZPrinting's Support/Customer Care? I am interested to hear others experiences before I contact Consumer Protection.
