No customer support

No customer support

This companies customer support is non existent. I received my pro1.0 3in1 on Friday but did not receive the laser engraver that was supposed to come with it. I contacted them by phone and was promised an email in regards to this on that day. I still have not received that email. I contacted them today, Monday, regarding this and was told I would receive an email within 15 minutes. 2 hours later and still waiting. I contacted them via messenger on facebook and no reply. Anybody else have this situation? Feeling like I shouldn't have done business with this company.

Open a support ticket on the website, then call in referencing the number you get emailed. Keep calling. They act like a relay here in the US between us and the parent company. That's why everything takes so long.
