New machine will not initialize

I bought a new Nobel 1.0 printer, turn it on and it stays stuck on XYZPrinting message and never gets further. I waited over 20 minutes. I called support and they just said "sounds like a bad main board...return the printer to where you bought it". Fine, but I have read where others have had this problem fixed without having to return it. I asked him if these things are checked out prior to shipping and he claims they are - then how is this bad straight out of the box.

Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

I received a 1.0A with cosmetic damage. They paid for the return shipping and I received a replacement unit.

Hopefully, you will not have to pay for return shipping. Good luck with your replacement unit.
