No zero Calibration

Hello, we suppose to buy Nobel Superfine to use for science research. So, i have a few qustions.
1) Can this printer be calibrated manually on any Z-level for multimaterial printing application.
2) Can resin be loaded directly in vat wothout using automatic feeding?
3) Are there any limitations on the amout of resin loaded in? Maybe automatic restriction level. We will need load a less then 10 ml of resin.
