Heating element

While taking the nozzle off for cleaning the two wires for the heating element broke. Has anyone been able to solder them back in or will I be stuck buying a new nozzle?

The heating element is a 35w element. Try to get a tech support to get someone in sales to sale you that part. Some have complained it is hard to get xyz to sell you a replacement. If you get a hold of a company that makes them, get a few. Even if they make them for you, and charge tooling, it's probably cheaper then buying the entire assembly.
If anyone can find them, or has had them made, please post a link here.
In the future, to remove the hotend, remove the m6 nut and slide it out of the block before removing the heat break/throat for cleaning.in this way you can avoid bending the sensitive wires that enter the heater.

Sometimes we ignore the open wires inside our home or office which can cause major fire or damage issues as well. So its always important to cover the open wires through the http://www.delamu.com/collections/cable-covers option where you can easily get a wide range of wire covers to protect cables from any damage or any mis happening as well.
